Our (your) club is a place to live and learn rugby in which everyone has rights and duties. It is a privileged place of conviviality where we must respect others, be together in harmony for the good of the club and learn to know each other by taking into account the different personalities of all members.
As part of the specific character of our rugby club, each member must be welcomed with their differences and respected. Respect and courtesy are essential elements in all circumstances. Inappropriate gestures, words or behavior are not allowed at COG RUGBY.
These internal regulations contribute to the establishment between all interested parties (players, parents, educators and managers) of a climate of trust and cooperation essential to education and sport.
The annual contribution is revisable every year by the club office.
The contributions for the current sports year must be paid in full before the first match of the season with the possibility of staggering the payments. If this is not the case, the qualification card will not be validated and the player will no longer have access to training or matches. For an arrival during the season, the new license will only be created if the payment has been paid in full. For obvious reasons of safety and responsibility, any player participating in training or a match without a medical certificate will not be able to participate in training and matches.
However, a free trial day offered to new players allows an exception to this rule.
The premises made available to the municipality and used by members (changing rooms, showers, toilets, equipment rooms, club house, field, etc.) must be kept in an exemplary state of cleanliness in Gargenville and outside. From 10:00 p.m., discretion is requested out of respect for the neighborhood. The club must be closed at 11:30 p.m. unless otherwise agreed by the president. The same rule applies to equipment made available to members by the club (jerseys, balls, training equipment). Each player must also help to put away this equipment, which is the responsibility of the educators and coaches.
Training schedules are established in advance. Priority will be given to attendance, regularity and application to training and to sports and behavioral criteria at the discretion of the coaches, for the composition of the teams. The educators, coaches or managers will make known in a timely manner at their convenience the composition of the teams as well as the meeting times and travel arrangements.
Travel is carried out in groups under the guidance of the managers and educators, members must be punctual at the places and times of the meetings set.
All members are required to respect the decisions taken by their leaders or coaches. Any requests from one or more players must be forwarded to a coach or manager in their category as a priority, who will present them to the next board meeting if they cannot respond to them themselves.
During events and training sessions, all members will be concerned with preserving a healthy image of COG Rugby and its sport.
As such, they are subject to the regulations of the various events and must accept the decisions of those involved (referees, leaders, coaches, delegates, etc.).
Good spirits and friendliness are essential.
Players must have a healthy lifestyle compatible with their activity as a rugby player.
Players agree to respect the legal and regulatory provisions relating to the fight against doping in amateur categories, and to submit to the controls carried out by the competent authorities. No illicit substances shall be brought by members, sympathisers, visitors or supporters to be consumed within the club premises. No alcoholic beverages shall also be brought by members, sympathisers, visitors or supporters as part of COG Rugby activities.
Parents are responsible for their children until an instructor or manager arrives at the stadium. Minor licensees must arrive on time for training and may not leave without the presence of a parent or recognized adult who will pick them up, and this must be within the club grounds. If necessary, an unaccompanied exit authorization must be completed and signed by the parents for those under 15 years of age.
During training or competitions, each member is insured by the French Rugby Federation. In the event of injury, he/she must make an accident report provided by one of his/her managers, specifying the location, date and nature of the injuries. This must be returned to the insurance or the FFR as soon as possible (see Insurance conditions).
All situations not covered by this document will be submitted, examined and resolved by the office.
